ABOUT
The Encore House features handcrafted rubble masonry and wooden structures, skillfully created by local artisans to preserve the essence of the surrounding expansive tangerine groves.
The inn boasts twelve small courtyards, each designed as a separate guest room, nestled within expansive groves. These rooms offer independence while also being harmoniously connected. As guests wander through the courtyards, they enjoy a peaceful and immersive holiday experience.
The designer has thoughtfully incorporated large expanses of glass, seamlessly bringing the tangerine groves into the interiors, transforming nature into a living backdrop. Guests can even pick fresh tangerines directly from their rooms simply by opening a window, fostering a deeper connection between indoor spaces and the natural landscape. Instead of making the building itself the focal point, the design makes the building a frame that highlights the beauty of nature.
The architectural approach of Encore House is unpretentious and refined. The inn's restaurant features a warm, earthy palette, with tangerine-hued walls that merge effortlessly with the outdoor groves. Woven pendant lights and arched windows evoke an island-inspired ambiance, creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The black leather dining chairs, with their wooden frames, provide both comfort and durability. Table decorations featuring fresh citrus fruits further enhance the connection to the natural environment, infusing the space with vitality and energy.
