Moliving is the world’s first nomadic hospitality solution. Moliving’s hotels can pop up anytime and anywhere, providing a true luxury experience to its guests with minimal impact to the environment. Being at the forefront of eco-responsibility, Moliving is the first hotel group to have created its own proprietary mobile rooms that are designed with sustainability, durability, modularity and luxury in mind. They are built to be fully self-sufficient with the use of solar power, gray water recycling technology and integrated holding tanks. They can alternately be installed on the grid in a matter of minutes.
In July 2021 the first Moliving prototype was officially unveiled: the world’s first truly mobile and sustainable 5-star hotel room. Moliving’s goal is to protect the environment by implementing sustainable alternatives to harmful practices. The suites are designed and built-in house in local factories to minimize the carbon footprint. But most importantly, the suites are truly “green” and have the possibility to be operated in a fully self-sufficient manner. Moliving has continued to push forward its sustainability efforts by starting a partnership with One Tree Planted, a non-profit dedicated to making it easier for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment. Through this partnership, Moliving will plant one tree for every reservation booked at any of its luxury eco-resorts.
Moliving utilizes its mobile inventory to void seasonal downfalls: during high seasons hotels operate normally but during the low seasons, Moliving reduces its inventory (moves to another site in demand) to avoid unnecessary operational costs. A Moliving hotel always operates at a peak occupancy.
Moliving is uniquely positioned between the glamping and luxury spaces, and to this day, no one has managed to provide an upscale product and experience while proving true flexibility and a sustainable result. The Moliving units are not only mobile, but also feature a system that protects the land by allowing them to be removed with no impact or damage to the ground below. Moliving functions as a joint venture partner to landowner, as landowners provide the land and some minor permanent infrastructure and Moliving provides the whole operations as well as the mobile hotel inventory. With mobility in mind, Moliving can predict seasonal demand and adjust room inventory to match demand in real time.
