ABOUT

Located within a hip and bustling city neighborhood and surrounded by fun shops and rich
cultural destinations, the hotel was created to be dynamic yet welcoming – a home away from
home for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. The property features a variety of
amenities, including a large café-inspired buffet-style restaurant for breakfast, a lively bistro
bar, various meeting rooms, and an inviting outdoor lounge area to relax in after a busy day
exploring.

A layered approach of bold carpets, architectural features, contemporary furnishing, and
modern lighting come together to create an energetic and engaging hotel for guests from out of
town and locals alike. Each space has a flavor of its own. The large café breakfast room is
divided into residential-style breakfast buffet areas, creating smaller, more intimate dining
zones. Various seating options are available for all guests’ needs, from smaller spaces for solo
travelers to banquette seating for larger groups. Within the larger space, a small lounge area
features a bold TV accent wall that anchors the space. Paired with spacious, comfy furniture,
the lounge invites guests to linger over a cup of coffee and take in the news.

Dynamic and playful, the bistro bar features a double-sided industrial-style back bar of black
metal and warm wood open to the street, inviting passersby to come in. The various seating
types and vibrant ceiling accents are visually striking and provide acoustic dampening. A mixed
palette of yellow, red, oranges, and mint green provide a stunning contrast to the warm walnut
and black metals used in millwork and lighting. Together, the elements create a hip and bustling
dining environment for one to enjoy a cocktail with friends or take in the football game.
With bold carpet patterns, modern lighting, and neutral walls and draperies, the meeting
spaces are functional, inviting, and timeless – perfect for any business event.

A palette of deep marine blue and accents of golden yellow, the client's brand colors are
anchored with warm wood tones, black metals, and great lighting to bring cohesion to the
various spaces. The guests are greeted by a warm and welcoming lobby followed by a wide
dynamic corridor featuring an open staircase up to the conference level and graphic and
layered wall treatments down to the elevator lobby, inviting guests to explore all the hotel has
to offer.
