Unique Boutique Hotel

Unique Boutique Hotel is designed 2023 by NB-Studio, an international interior design bureau based in OAE and creating restaurants, hotels, houses and apartments since 2005 worldwide.
Our goal is to bring beauty into physical spaces and human interaction itself, providing new emotional and haptic experience through each project. We believe that exploring the relationship between nature, art and modern human life is the best way to create a favorable and balanced environment.

Unique is charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Juan Les Pins, amidst the vibrant ambiance of the French Riviera. Three-storey building houses a total of 8 beautifully appointed and individually decorated rooms, each with exclusive details, contemporary elegance and comfort. The mix of textures creates a very artistic atmosphere with original furniture and decorations, including lamps and antique finds from flea markets and Paris Maison&Object exhibition. Some of the furniture, lamps and decor elements were custome made.
