ABOUT
Designed with the concept of "mountains and rivers as the backdrop, and culture as the essence," the hotel invites guests to experience the autumn charm and warmth of Changsha amidst the elegance of the Republican era. Situated in the Xiangjiang Guesthouse, a "general immovable cultural relic" built in 1968, the hotel draws inspiration from Mao Zedong's verse "All the mountains are red, and the layers of forests are dyed," creating a living space where "time echoes and grace enters dreams."
The building retains its original appearance of red bricks and green tiles, with a 16-meter-high handcrafted glass maple leaf installation cascading down the atrium, complementing the retro lattice windows to create a poetic atmosphere. The 1st to 4th floors feature photo walls that record the hotel's historical memories since its establishment. The front desk showcases a brass installation of the complete poem "Qinyuan Spring·Changsha," highlighting its cultural significance.
A special cultural relics display area is set up, presenting ancient Hunan artifacts in a museum-like exhibition. Themed decorations such as "All the Mountains Are Red" and glass art installations echo the autumn scenery of Changsha.
